Gary is the Team Owner and bringing years of experience and passion to the team. As a former racer, he understands the demands of motorsport both on and off the track, allowing him to provide valuable guidance to drivers and ensure every kart is prepared to the highest standard. His dedication, knowledge, and hands-on approach have been instrumental in building the team and supporting its continued growth and success.

RYAN WELSH

DRIVER / DRIVER COACH

Ryan joined us at the end of 2025 and has been a fantastic addition to the team. He consistently supports the development of other team members both on and off the track, bringing valuable knowledge and experience to the group. In 2026, he stepped into the role of Driver Development Coach and has already helped deliver some excellent progress and results. We're excited to see what the rest of the season brings under his guidance.

Lewis Barr
Driver

Lewis has been part of the team on and off for many years, competing with us in both karting and car racing. A dedicated and experienced driver, he is now a permanent member of the team, racing in the Rotax 177 class. His commitment and passion for the sport make him a valued part of our driver lineup.

Declan ("Decs") Ausher

Decs is a talented and versatile competitor who races in both karting and car championships. With experience across multiple forms of motorsport, he continues to develop his skills and racecraft while representing the team with professionalism and determination. His commitment to improving and his competitive attitude make him a valued member of the team both on and off the track.
